Powerlifting

Building strength through squat, bench, and deadlift.

I work out 5-6 times a week. It's my therapy — a way to reset my mind and come back fresh, giving me a few extra hours of clear thinking afterward.

I find powerlifting's process deeply enjoyable. How much you can lift is a clear metric you can track over time, and technique matters immensely. There's always something to refine, and becoming more proficient with each lift is its own reward.
